We'd like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your support during the COVID-19 pandemic. We want you to know that we are taking extra care and extra precautions in our packing and shipping process on all orders we receive. Currently we have been able to ship all orders within in a timely manner. We are still shipping all orders same-day / next day. Please see below some questions that we have received in the last few weeks.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
At this time, we are shipping all orders the same day or the next day. For local residents (Dearborn/Dearborn Heights, Michigan) we are delivering orders the next day. For non-local customers, orders within the US can take anywhere from 2-3 days, for international customers, orders can take anywhere from 10-15 days.
Covid Update: For non-local orders such as orders anywhere in the US or outside of the US, we are seeing delays. USPS notified us that there are delays in their First Class mail service, delivery could take up to 5 days depending on where you live within the US. Priority Mail service is still operating normally. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, we suggest upgrading to priority mail. For international customers, we are seeing orders taking up to 15 days, in some cases longer depending on which country you live in.
Is there a warranty on my purchase?
Our necklaces and bracelets (including custom items) are covered under our lifetime warranty. We guarantee they won't rust or tarnish, if for any reason they do, please contact us to schedule an exchange. If we do not have the item in stock, we will replace it it with an item that is of equal value. Manufacturer defects and color fading are also covered by our lifetime warranty. Scratches and normal wear and tear do not warrant a claim.
Can I return an item?
If you have any questions before making a purchase, please contact us. We are available to answer whatever questions you have. Contact us through our instagram page (@ahbtrends) or through email, ahbtrends@outlook.com.
We accept returns on all non-custom items as long as they are new and in sellable condition. For custom items, we do not accept returns since these are items made to order and cannot be resold. We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. We accept exchanges within 30 days. Shipping costs incurred in the return are the customers responsibility. For returns, we will send a return label and the amount will be deducted from the refund amount. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying any shipping dues.
Covid Update: We have extended our return period to 45 days for returns during the pandemic. Exchanges can be made within 60 days of the original purchase date. All shipping dues are the customers responsibility.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes! We ship to countries all over the world. When placing your order, during checkout, you will be asked to put in your shipping information. From there you will see the shipping rates for your country.
Custom Orders
When will I receive my order?
Custom orders typically take anywhere from 10-15 days to ship. If you placed an order that has both custom and non-custom items together, we will wait to have the custom item ready before we ship out the entire order. If you need to have the other items shipped out beforehand, please reach out to us before placing your order. Let us know which items you were planning to purchase.
Where are the custom pieces made?
AHB Trends is a family owned and operated online shop. We are all about supporting small business, especially family owned businesses. We partnered up with a small family owned jewelry store in the US to provide us with all the custom pieces. Our partners are just as committed as we are to providing the finest pieces to our customers.
Can you do other languages?
In most cases we can. Feel free to reach out to us!
I don't know how to spell my name in arabic, can you help?
Of Course! We get requests for this all the time and we're always happy to help. We will contact you after you place your order to confirm the spelling of your name. We prefer you leave your number at checkout as it is much easier for us to contact you through text than through email, but it's up to you.
